Education: 

  • 12th grade, preferred Bachler in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience: 

  • 1– Years of experience in professional environment, sales, or customer service (preferably in telecommunications).
  • Familiarity with SIM registration processes and ATRA compliance requirements.

Knowledge: 

  • Customer-focused and able to provide excellent service to customers.
  • Honest, trustworthy, and maintains high ethical standards.
  • Willing to accept and apply ATOMA rules, regulations, and policies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Maintains confidentiality of company and customer information.
  • Good attendance and punctuality record.

To represent ATOMA at the community level by delivering high-quality customer service, promoting and selling ATOMA products and services, facilitating customer transactions, and enhancing customer satisfaction while supporting the company’s sales and distribution objectives.

Key Tasks:  

The ATOMA Point Agent role will be accountable to achieve the following objectives:

  • Sales of ATOMA products & services
  • Providing Services to customers based on customers’ query.
  • Newline/ATOMA Pay Registration (mPOS Registration Access for Dealer Role)
  • Re-registration (mPOS Re-registration Access for Dealer Role)
  • SIM Swap after successful ownership check with 786 CC (ATOMA Point Agent portal)
  • SIM Swap with Declaration after successful security check up with 786 CC to BO (ATOMA Point Agent portal)
  • Customer education at ATOMA P&S
  • Complaint handling via ATOMA Point Agent Portal
  • Onboarding new ATOMA PAY customers
  • Customer education on ATOMA PAY
  • ATOMA PAY Cashin/Cash out
  • Any other trans/KPI relevant to ATOMA PAY
