ATOMA New Voice Bundles Business & Operational Rules:
- These offers are available for ATOMA prepaid and postpaid customers.
- ATOMA voice bundles can be subscribe via USSD menu *247# and SMS channels.
- Customer can inquiry remaining voice quota “Minutes” via USSD menu *247# reply 7 and USSD staring e.g. Mini Daily 8 Min *789*18#, Daily 85 Min *789*25#, Weekly 420 Min *789*63#, Bi-weekly 850 Min *789*88#, Monthly 1100 Min *789*64# and Monthly 4200 Min *789*62#
- By dialing the USSD code *247#, customers can activate ATOMA voice bundles with either the Auto-Renewal or One-Time activation option.
- Customer can subscribe ATOMA voice Bundles multiple times.
- Multiple subscription allows voice quota to be accumulated and restore the validity up to the maximum expiry period of the respective voice bundle.
- Cross subscription is allowed it means customer can subscribe other bundles e.g. data, SMS and voice bundles in parallel.
- Up on expiry the remaining minutes will be confiscated.
