ATOMA Mobile Money can only be withdrawn from authorised ATOMA Mobile Money Agents and ATOMA Customer Service Points located countrywide.

A registered ATOMA Mobile Money recipient will have to:

• Go to a ATOMA Pay agent or ATOMA Shop with their phone
• Tell the agent that you want to withdraw money from your ATOMA Pay account
• Tell the agent your Mobile number
• The agent will initiate the transaction and you will receive a notification on your phone. Read the sms to confirm the amount then enter your PIN if it is correct.
• You will receive another sms showing that money has been withdrawn successfully.
• Ensure that you sign your transaction in the ATOMA Pay Log book at the agent’s outlet before you leave.
