Job SummaryJob Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical, strategic, and proactive Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Consultant to join our finance team. This critical role will be instrumental in driving financial insights, supporting strategic decision-making, and optimizing business performance across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, coupled with exceptional communication and consulting skills to partner effectively with various stakeholders.

Duties & ResponsibilitiesDuties & Responsibilities

Financial Planning and Budgeting: Lead the financial planning and budgeting process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategies. Collaborate with various departments to develop accurate financial forecasts and budgets.

Financial and Operational Reporting: Prepare and present financial and operational reports that provide insights into business performance. Analyze variances against budget and provide actionable insights to upper management.

Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to support strategic planning, scenario analysis, and other decision-making processes.

Business Case Development and Analysis: Work with cross-functional teams to develop detailed business cases for new projects and initiatives. Conduct cost-benefit analyses to evaluate the financial viability and implications of proposed investments.

Development of Telecom Key Metrics and Reporting: Design and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) specific to the telecommunications sector. Establish regular reporting mechanisms to track performance against these metrics.

Training and Development of Local Staff and Finance Management: Provide training and mentorship to finance staff and local management, enhancing their financial acumen and analytical skills. Support the development of a high-performing finance team.
