Job SummaryJob Summary
  • The IT Product & Service Delivery Engineer is responsible for the successful delivery, integration, implementation, and operational support of ATOMA Pay digital financial services. The role ensures new products, enhancements, and integrations are delivered on time while maintaining high service availability, security, and operational excellence.
  • The engineer serves as the technical bridge between business stakeholders, development teams, vendors, and external partners throughout the product lifecycle, while also designing, implementing, troubleshooting, and continuously improving the underlying platforms and integrations that support ATOMA Pay services.
Duties & ResponsibilitiesDuties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of new ATOMA Pay products, services, enhancements, and production releases, ensuring timely and successful implementation.
  • Design, configure, implement, and support technical solutions, system integrations, and application deployments for ATOMA Pay platforms.
  • Analyze business and technical requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and collaborate with architecture and development teams to ensure scalable and secure implementations.
  • Prepare implementation plans, deployment plans, rollback procedures, cutover plans, and go-live checklists to ensure controlled and successful releases.
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), technical validation, and production readiness, obtaining required business approvals before deployment.
  • Manage production releases, change requests, and deployment activities in accordance with change management and release management processes.
  • Coordinate and support API integrations with banks, payment switches, mobile network operators, fintech partners, and other third-party service providers.
  • Monitor production applications, APIs, and infrastructure to ensure high availability, performance, and compliance with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Troubleshoot application, integration, and production issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal business impact.
  • Coordinate incident, problem, and change management activities, perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and implement preventive and corrective actions.
  • Perform system integration, configuration, end-to-end testing, and production readiness verification for new products and enhancements.
  • Support application configuration, deployment, patch management, security hardening, and vulnerability remediation activities.
  • Implement and maintain operational automation for deployments, monitoring, and routine support activities to improve efficiency and service reliability.
  • Support disaster recovery planning, business continuity, backup validation, and disaster recovery testing to ensure service resilience.
  • Perform system health checks, performance monitoring, capacity planning, and performance tuning to optimize platform stability and scalability.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including SOPs, MOPs, runbooks, architecture diagrams, interface specifications, release notes, and operational reports.
  • Collaborate closely with Business, Operations, Finance, Compliance, Information Security, Infrastructure, Development teams, vendors, and external partners throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Ensure compliance with security policies, operational standards, regulatory requirements, and IT governance frameworks.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, process optimization, and technology enhancements to improve service quality, operational efficiency, and customer experience.
  • Provide technical guidance, knowledge transfer, and operational support to internal teams and stakeholders as required.
