Job description
Job Summary
The mission of this job is to promote both existing and newly introduced products to the corporate segment and provide on time and accurate relevant analysis and reports.
Duties & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Arrange meetings with existing and prospective corporate/enterprise accounts to identify business opportunities.
- Conduct visits to present and promote EBU products and services.
- Prospect and acquire new corporate/enterprise customers across the full EBU portfolio, including Corporate SIM, Postpaid, ISP, Short Code, and Business Solutions.
- Understand customers’ businesses, operational requirements, and connectivity needs and recommend appropriate EBU products and solutions.
- Follow up with prospective customers throughout the sales cycle, from initial engagement to negotiation, activation, and deal closure.
- ntroduce new products and services to existing customers to increase revenue, account penetration, and subscription size.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through meetings, telephone calls, emails, and regular follow-ups to maximize customer satisfaction and business growth.
- Respond to sales enquiries and follow up on customer requests using appropriate communication and engagement channels.
- Follow up on daily sales activities with existing and new customers and ensure timely execution of agreed actions.
- Resolve or coordinate the resolution of customer complaints and service-related issues with relevant internal teams.
- Seek referrals and identify additional business opportunities from existing customers.
- Provide relevant competitor and market intelligence, including information on competing corporate offers, pricing, products, and market activities.
- Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales and visit reports as required by the line supervisor.
- Maintain accurate records of customer visits, prospects, opportunities, activations, sales activities, and follow-up actions.
- Manage and monitor assigned EBU partners, including EBU SIM distributors, to ensure achievement of agreed sales targets and compliance with EBU processes and requirements.
- Maintain regular communication with assigned partners, provide necessary sales support, monitor their sales performance, and follow up on business opportunities generated through the partner.
- Coordinate with EBU partners to ensure timely submission and accuracy of sales, activation, customer, market competition, and visit reports.
- Monitor partner activities and identify gaps in sales performance, customer acquisition, product penetration, and market coverage, escalating issues to the line supervisor where required.
- Support EBU partner onboarding, product awareness, and communication of new products, services, offers, and business processes.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending dues and coordinate with Finance on invoicing and collection-related matters.
- Organize and submit customer information and reports received from IT/other relevant teams to Finance for timely invoicing.
- Follow up with customers to ensure invoices are settled according to agreed payment terms.
- Maintain proper and confidential records of customer, partner, sales, and financial-related information.
- Provide any additional reports or business information required by EBU management.
- Support the launch, testing, and market introduction of new EBU products and services as required.
- Remain flexible to work additional hours when required to meet business and departmental objectives
