Job SummaryJob Summary

The Network Audit and Quality Manager will be responsible for ensuring the Network infrastructure, Network quality, and compliance meets Telecom and Regulatory standards and will oversee Network audits, monitor Service Quality, identify gaps, and Drive Continuous improvement across Transmission, IP, Radio, Core, O&M and Network Implementation.

Duties & ResponsibilitiesDuties & Responsibilities

 General Audit (Site Physical & Hardware, Licenses):

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive audit plan aligned with business priorities and risk areas.
  • Establish audit methodologies, checklists, standards, and best practices.
  • Ensure audit approaches are systematic, repeatable, and risk-based.
  • Identify, assess, and prioritize network risks based on audit findings and performance trends.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of controls and mitigation measures.
  • Recommend risk treatment plans and monitor risk reduction progress.
  • Conduct regular and scheduled physical audits of network sites and infrastructure.
  • Verify site assets, configurations, installations, and hardware health.
  • Ensure compliance with internal standards, safety procedures, and operational readiness.
  •  Coordinate corrective actions for site deviations and track closure
  • Audit all network software, tools, and platforms for accuracy and proper configuration.
  • Validate data integrity and alignment between OSS systems and actual network conditions.
  •  Identify gaps in tool adoption and recommend corrective actions.
  • Maintain audit trails and evidence for all tool audits.
  • Assess performance, configuration, alarms, and network behavior against standards.
  •  Provide technical insights and recommendations based on audit findings.
  • Identify network gaps, risks, and performance degradation trends
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance network quality and customer experience
  • Validate network expansions, upgrades, and new deployments through acceptance audits
  • Manage and track audit findings, corrective actions, and closure timelines
  • Collaborate with planning, optimization, and operations teams to resolve issues
  • Prepare and present quality reports, dashboards, and executive summaries

 

 Network Planning and Optimization Audit:

  • Audit RF planning outputs to verify that coverage maps, capacity plans, and frequency allocations match actual field and drive test results.
  • Review drive test results, propagation model tuning, and KPI analytics to confirm adherence to quality and design standards.
  •  Verify that microwave and fiber transmission links meet performance standards (latency, throughput, jitter, loss) and that planned topology reflects physical implementation.

Assess fault tolerance, redundancy, and backup mechanisms in transmission planning to support SLA and continuity requirements during failures.

 Contracts Compliance & Verification:

  • Review service contracts, SLA and KPI frameworks, and vendor deliverables.
  • Verify performance against targets and contractual commitments.
  • Prepare detailed verification reports and recommend corrective actions when KPIs are not met.
  • Lead contract performance reviews with vendors and internal stakeholders.

 

 Disaster Recovery (DR) Site Verification:

  • Conduct audits of disaster recovery sites and backup infrastructure.
  • Validate readiness, redundancy, and failover capabilities.
  • Ensure DR mechanisms meet business continuity and SLA requirements.

 

  Regulatory & Licensing Audits (ATRA and Others):

  • Lead audits related to regulatory compliance, licensing requirements, and reporting obligations.
  • Ensure network operations comply with ATRA, telecom laws, and other regulatory frameworks.
  • Prepare documentation and evidence for regulatory inspections and audits.

 Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement:

  • Establish quality standards and frameworks for network operations and audit processes.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives based on audit outcomes and trend analysis.
  • Facilitate quality workshops and implementation of best practices across teams.

 Documentation:

  • Maintain audit documentation, policies, procedures, and evidence repositories.
  • Develop and deliver training for internal teams on audit readiness, compliance, and quality standards.
  • Promote awareness of quality assurance principles throughout the organization.
