  • This position owns product lifecycle from customer insight and concept design to implementation, launch, optimization, and retirement.

1. Product Design & Development:

  • Lead the design and development of data, voice, and hybrid products based on customer insights, usage behavior, and market demand.
  • Translate CVM analytics and customer segmentation into commercially viable product concepts (bundles, boosters, time-based offers, personalized plans).
  • Define product attributes including pricing, validity, eligibility, throttling, bonuses, and lifecycle rules.
  • Own product documentation, business rules, and approval submissions

2. CVM Strategy & Customer Lifecycle Management:

  • Apply CVM principles to manage customer lifecycle stages (onboarding, growth, retention, win-back).
  • Design targeted offers for specific customer segments to improve ARPU, engagement, and retention.
  • Supervise personalization and micro-segmentation initiatives across marketing channels.

3. Marketing Services & Go-To-Market Execution

  • Lead go-to-market planning for new and existing products including positioning, value proposition, and campaign mechanics.
  • Coordinate execution across digital channels, USSD, SMS, self-care apps, and above-the-line marketing.
  • Ensure alignment between product design, communication, and customer experience.

4. Campaign Management & Performance Optimization

  • Oversee execution of CVM-driven and mass-market campaigns.
  • Monitor product and campaign KPIs (take-up, revenue, churn impact, usage uplift).
  • Drive continuous optimization through A/B testing, refinements, and offer tuning.

  • Validate product logic, customer journeys, charging accuracy, and system behavior.
